Cherry jam is the sweet whim of the eldest man of the family - the owner of our farm. Due to this, a whole hectare of the land of our farm is allocated to a cherry orchard with more than 250 cherry trees - possibly the largest orchard in Vidzeme. Sour Latvian low cherries are best suited for our jam. Very juicy and as bright as the carmine color of the Latvian flag.

Oatmeal cooked in milk and topped with Cherry Jam. And that is all! So simple yet so delicious.

Less common, but still very tasty - we recommend adding cherry jam to the marinade of pork roast. It gives the roast a special taste and a caramelized crispy crust.
