Thanks to our family’s eldest children, we have perfected our strawberry jam. For many years, our daughter did not even look at the strawberry jam, because whole berries were visible in it and she said they looked too soft to be appetizing. Therefore, we thought creatively - we crushed the berries in our jam! Now it is also our grandchildren's most favorite sweet addition to their dad-baked pancakes.
